I offer an empathetic space to work through anxiety, depression, and trauma - including spiritual and religious trauma. I can help you set boundaries to protect you from burnout in your relationships and in your professional life, and to pay attention to and take care of the emotions you are feeling. I have experience working with self-esteem issues, anger, relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, sexual violence, codependency, and stress from work and school.
