Thank you for visiting my page. In our sessions, you can expect honesty, genuine connection, and a space where you don’t have to filter or explain yourself. As a supervised clinician, I regularly consult with experienced professionals to ensure you’re receiving thoughtful, ethical, and well-supported care.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful and sustainable change at your own pace.
My Story
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a heart for helping people find their way through complicated family systems and major life shifts. Growing up in a busy blended family in East Texas, I saw firsthand how roles can change and household dynamics can get complex. During those times, I discovered that art and music were more than just hobbies—they were vital tools that helped me stay grounded and reflect. Today, I bring that same curiosity and creative spirit into the therapy office, along with a deep respect for your unique story.

I have always been passionate about the intersection of personal healing and social justice. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Drawing and Painting from the University of North Texas, where I focused on how systems like the criminal justice department impact individuals and communities.

Before joining Michele’s practice in early 2026, I completed my Master of Social Work at Texas State University and spent years working in community reintegration, victim services, and drug rehabilitation. These experiences taught me how to support people through some of life's most difficult transitions with both compassion and practical tools.

In our sessions, I use a mix of evidence-based approaches tailored to what you need:

-
Motivational Interviewing: To help you find your own "why" and drive for change.
-
CBT & DBT: Practical strategies to manage emotions and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
-
EMDR (Under Supervision): A specialized approach to help you process and heal from past trauma.

I have also facilitated group therapy for women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ process groups, and DBT skills training. Whether we are working on individual growth or strengthening a relationship, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and empowered to move forward
