Adulting is Hard: Making Meaningful Connections IRL
An Online Group for Gen Y & Z’s
Dealing with mental health symptoms, medications, navigating class assignments, loneliness, stigma, social media influences, the pandemic, political unrest, systemic racism, and inequality, and trying to make meaningful connections is HARD! Your college experience can give you a variation of feelings: excitement and anticipation, but also feelings of stress, loneliness, frustration, confusion, anxiety, and depression.
Join us via Zoom to share your good and bad experiences with adulting. Give and get support, understanding, connection and a sense of community. You don’t need to do this alone. We are stronger together! This is a holistic processing group for young adults working towards independence and interpersonal success.
